Ads built to pay for themselves

We run Google Ads, social media ads and email for hotels and growing businesses, and we count what they bring in: inquiries, bookings and sales. You see what every dollar returns, and the budget moves to what works.

What changes for you

Ads judged by what they bring in

Clicks and impressions are useful signals. What you need from advertising is customers, so that is what we aim for and report on.

  1. Inquiries from people ready to buy

Your ads appear when people search for what you offer, or scroll past it in their feed, with one clear next step: call, book or ask.

  2. Bookings you can trace to an ad

Every lead, call and booking is counted, so you can see which keyword, audience or ad brought it in.

  3. A cost per customer you know

You know what a lead or booking costs and what it is worth to you. When the first is lower than the second, your ads pay for themselves.

  4. Budget that follows results

Each month, money moves from what does not work to what does, with the reasons written down for you.

  5. Less spent on the wrong people

Negative keywords, audience exclusions and ad schedules keep your ads away from people who will never become customers.

  6. A report you can read over coffee

A short monthly summary in plain language: what you spent, what came in, what we changed and what comes next.

Before the first ad

We set up the tracking first

Ads can only pay for themselves if you can see what they bring in. Before we spend your budget, we make sure every lead, call and booking is counted.

  • Conversion tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp and Zalo messages, and bookings
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager checked and linked to your ad accounts
  • Booking engine or online shop tracking, so revenue shows next to the ad that brought it
  • An agreed definition of a lead, and what a lead or booking is worth to you
  • A baseline: what an inquiry or booking costs you today, so progress is easy to see
  • Consent and privacy settings that follow the rules of your market

Where your budget goes

Every ad dollar has a job

An example of how a monthly ad budget could be split for a business whose customers search, scroll and come back before they buy. Each part has its own job and its own measure of success.

Search ads

Google Ads for people already searching for what you offer. Usually the most direct route to inquiries and bookings, so we judge it on the cost per lead or booking.

Social ads

Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn ads that reach the right people before they search. Judged on new leads, and on how many of them come back to buy.

Retargeting

Reminders on Google, Facebook and Instagram for people who visited your website but did not book or buy yet. Judged on the sales it helps complete.

Testing

A small share for trying a new keyword set, audience, ad or channel. What works moves into the main budget the next month.

This split is an example, not advice for your business. The right split depends on what you sell, where your customers are, how they search and what the first weeks of data show. We propose a split after the free call and review it with you every month.

Ads shaped around your customers

The channels stay the same. What changes is what counts as a result, and how we get there.

Hotels and resorts: direct bookings

Search ads for your hotel’s name and destination, social ads for past guests and people planning a trip, and reminders for visitors who looked at rooms. We count bookings and revenue through your booking engine, so you can compare the cost with OTA commission.

B2B and services: qualified leads

Google Ads for the searches buyers make, LinkedIn ads for decision-makers, and follow-up emails for leads who need time to decide. Bas Bos Logistics, a yacht transport company in the Netherlands, is one of the B2B clients we generate leads for.

Agents do the volume, people decide

AI agents handle keyword research, ad variations, daily checks and report drafts. People set the plan, approve every ad and decide where your money goes.

  1. A free 45-minute call

You tell us what you sell most and what a good customer is worth. We look at your current ads, website and tracking, if you have them.

  2. A plan and a fixed quote

Channels, a proposed budget split, the results we will measure and our fee, in writing, before anything starts.

  3. Tracking and setup

We set up conversion tracking, build the campaigns and write the ads. You approve every ad before it goes live.

  4. Launch and learn

  5. A monthly review

What the ads cost, what they brought in, what we changed, and where the budget goes next month.

How we count

A click is a cost. A booking or a lead is a result.

How much should I spend on ads?

Start from what a new customer is worth to you and how many you want each month; that tells us what you can afford per lead or booking. We usually recommend starting with about €1,000 a month in the Netherlands, 15–20 million VND in Vietnam, 3,000–5,000 SAR in Saudi Arabia or USD 1,000 in the US, paid directly to the platforms and separate from our fee. We increase it only when the numbers show the ads are paying back.

Should I start with Google Ads or Facebook ads?

If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads: you meet them at the moment they need you. If they do not search yet, for example for a new product, an experience or a destination, ads on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok create that interest. Most businesses end up with both, in a different mix.

How soon do ads bring in leads?

Ads go live as soon as the platforms approve them, so the first clicks and inquiries can come within days. The first weeks are for learning which searches, audiences and ads work best for you. Results usually settle after 4–8 weeks.

What is a good cost per lead?

One that leaves you a profit. Multiply what a customer is worth by the share of leads that become customers: that is the most a lead can cost. We work this out with you before we start and report your real cost per lead every month.

Can I pay for results instead of a fixed fee?

For some businesses, yes. With pay for performance, our fee is linked to results we agree on in advance, such as qualified leads or bookings. It suits businesses with a clear offer, a working website or booking flow, and a monthly ad budget at or above the usual starting level for their market.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You do. We set up or manage the accounts in your business’s name, so the history, audiences and data stay with you. We get access as a partner.

Do you run ads in Vietnam, the Netherlands, the US and Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We work from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Miami, and with our partner Charisma in Riyadh. Ads are written in English, Vietnamese, Dutch, Arabic, German or Russian by people who know the market, not translated word for word.

What will my monthly ad report show?

What you spent, what it brought in (leads, calls, bookings or sales) and what each one cost. Then what we changed, why, and what we will test next month. Clicks and impressions are in there too, at the end.
