A logo that works wherever you appear
Our logo design services start with your business, not with a sketch. We learn who you serve and what you stand for, show you concepts, refine the one you choose with you, and deliver files for every use: print, web, social media and signs.

What a logo brings
What a well-made logo gives you
A logo is the shortest version of your brand. This is what you can expect when it is made with care.
Recognized at a glance
A clear, simple mark that is easy to spot and easy to remember, on a sign across the street or in a small browser tab.
Sharp in every size and place
Versions for wide and square spaces, light and dark backgrounds, and one-color use, so your logo never looks stretched, blurry or lost.
Files your suppliers can use
Print, sign, web and social media files, clearly named, so your printer, sign maker and web developer always pick the right one.
A logo you can explain
Every concept is based on who you serve and how you want to be seen, so you know why your logo looks the way it does.
Part of a system, not a one-off
Your colors, type and a few simple rules come with it, so your website, menus and posts match the logo from day one.
Room to grow
A logo designed with new products, outlets or markets in mind, so it can grow with your business.

What are logo design services?
Logo design services take you from an idea of your business to a finished logo you can use everywhere. With us, that means a brief and some research first, then concepts, refinement together with you, and final files for print, web, social media and signs.
You also get your colors, type and a few simple rules. A logo works best as part of a brand system, not as a one-off drawing.
What makes a good logo?
A good logo is simple, easy to recognize and right for the people you want to reach. We check every concept against a short list:
- It reads when it is small. On a phone screen, a browser tab or a business card, the shape and the name stay clear.
- It works in one color. Embroidery, engraving and one-color printing need a logo that holds up without color.
- It has a wide and a square version. Website headers need a wide logo; social media profiles need a square one.
- It fits your audience. A boutique hotel, a logistics company and a wine bar send different signals. Color plays a big part here: read how colors affect branding.
- It will still look right in a few years. We avoid styles that date quickly.
Why should a logo be part of a brand system?
Because people recognize a business by much more than its logo. They notice the colors, the type, the photos and the way you write, and they connect all of it in their mind. A strong logo next to colors and fonts that don’t match looks unfinished.
That is why a logo from us comes with a brand sheet: your logo, colors and type on one page, in the same form as the one we use ourselves. When your business grows, we extend it into full brand guidelines and templates.
We wrote more about this in why your logo doesn’t matter (until everything else is right) and branding beyond the logo.
Should I redesign my logo or start over?
Keep what people already recognize. If your logo is known and liked, a careful redesign usually serves you better than a new one: we improve legibility, spacing, color and type, and keep the core shape your customers know.
A completely new logo makes sense when the business itself has changed, for example a new name, a new market or a merger. In that case we start with the strategy, because the logo should follow from who you have become.
What should I prepare before a logo project?
Nothing complicated. It helps if you can tell us:
- Who your best customers are and why they choose you.
- Three words you would like people to use about your business.
- A few businesses you admire, in your field or outside it.
- Where the logo will appear most: a sign, a website, packaging, uniforms or menus.
- What you like and dislike about your current logo, if you have one.
We go through these together in the free 45-minute call, so you don’t need to write anything down in advance. If you also need a website or photos in your new style, we plan them in the same project with our web design and content teams.
Our logo process
From brief to final files
Four steps, with a clear decision from you at the end of each one.
- 1
Brief and research
A free call, then a short set of questions about your business, customers and taste. We look at your market so your logo stands apart from the names around you.
- 2
Concepts
We present logo concepts, each shown on real uses such as a sign, a website header and a social media profile, with the thinking behind it.
- 3
Refinement
You choose a direction and we refine it with you: shape, spacing, color and type, in rounds of feedback.
- 4
Files and brand sheet
You receive the final logo in every version and format, plus a one-page brand sheet with your colors, type and the main rules for using them.
Logo questions
What clients ask about logos
Short answers to the questions we hear most. Ask our AI assistant or book a call for anything else.

What do your logo design services include?
Our logo design services include a brief, research into your market, concepts, rounds of refinement, and the final files in every version you need. You also get your colors, type and simple usage rules on one page, so the logo works as part of a brand system from the start.
How much does logo design cost?
The price depends on the scope: a logo with a brand sheet, or a logo as part of a full brand with strategy and guidelines. You get a fixed quote after a free 45-minute call, so you know the price before we start.
How long does logo design take?
Most of the time goes into feedback rounds, so quick decisions on your side shorten the project. We agree on the review moments with you at the start.
Which logo file formats will I receive?
You receive vector files for print and signs, PNG files with transparent backgrounds for documents and websites, and square versions for social media profiles. Each comes in full color, one color and white for dark backgrounds.
Do I own the logo when it is finished?
Ownership and usage rights are set out in your quote before any work starts, so there are no questions later.
Do I need a logo or a full brand identity?
If you are just starting, a logo with colors, type and a one-page brand sheet is often enough to launch. Once you have a team, several locations or a lot of printed material, full brand guidelines and templates save time and keep everything consistent.
Can you redesign our existing logo?
Yes. If people already recognize your logo, we usually keep its core and improve the details: legibility at small sizes, spacing, color or type. A completely new logo makes sense when the business itself has changed.
Do you design logos for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. For a hotel we can design a family of logos: the hotel itself plus its restaurant, bar or spa, related to each other but each with its own character. We show them on signs, menus and booking pages before you decide. See also hospitality marketing.
Do you offer logo design in Vietnam and the Netherlands?
Yes. Our team works from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Miami, with clients in Vietnam, the Netherlands, the United States and Saudi Arabia. We work in English, Vietnamese, Dutch, Arabic, German and Russian, mostly by video call, and you are welcome to meet us at one of our offices.
